PSW Training - Other Languages
The Carewell SEIU 503 Training team is working toward offering training in a variety of languages. You can adjust your language preferences in the upper right corner of the Carewell website and the Carewell Learning Portal. Languages may be found below:

If a training is not currently offered in your preferred language, PSWs may contact Carewell directly to request an interpreter by phone at 1-844-503-7348 (hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM), or email Carewell.
When PSWs call the Carewell line, there will be options for assistance in different languages by pressing the corresponding number (2 for Spanish, 3 for Russian, etc).
