PSW Orientation & Training

The Oregon Administrative Rules require that each person newly enrolled as a PSW attend a new worker orientation within 90 days of receiving their provider number.

Training - How to use eXPRS

Community Pathways offers providers one-on-one training on how to use eXPRS to enter their hours and mileage. To receive assistance in learning how to navigate eXPRS, please make an appointment for a 30 minute training session by contacting our billing specialist at (503) 935-5235.

You will need:

  • A timesheet with your hours worked so that you have something to enter into eXPRS during the training.
  • An eXPRS login. We will not able to train if you do not have one. If you have not tried to log in to eXPRS yet, you will need to bring your temporary password (which was emailed to you by the state) or have access to it via your email. We can assist with learning how to log in to eXPRS.
  • If you have tried logging in but are locked out of the system, or have some other login issue, please contact the eXPRS technical triage line at 1 (844) 874-2788, option #3. Or email eXPRS at
