The Seven Corners Community Collaborative

Community Pathways is proud to partner with several organizations to form the Seven Corners Community Collaborative. We share a mission to empower individuals who experience disability by creating a hub of resources and support that address the issues faced in the Portland Metro area.

Community Vision

Community Vision is a provider of individualized support for adults and youth experiencing disabilities in Oregon. Their mission is to make Oregon a place where everyone can live, work, and thrive in whatever community they choose. FACT Oregon

FACT Oregon is a family leadership organization that provides support to individuals and families experiencing disabilities. Their mission is to empower Oregon families experiencing disability in their pursuit of a whole life by expanding awareness, growing community, and equipping families. Oregon Council on Developmental Disabilities (OCDD)

OCCD is comprised of individuals and organizations that collaborate to provide supports and services to people with developmental disabilities. Their mission is to advance social and policy change so that people with developmental disabilities and their families and communities may live, work, plan, and learn together. nossa Familia Coffee

Nossa Familia Coffee is a Portland, OR-based roaster with several locations in Portland, including a coffee shop on the ground floor of the Seven Corners building.
