Administrative Specialist

Community Pathways is seeking to hire a full-time Administrative Specialist. Applications due by 12pm (PST) on May 14, 2019.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the Administrative Specialist include processing invoices, organizing fiscal files, data management support, and assisting the Fiscal Manager as needed. Additional job duties include assisting with general operations, document organization, data entry, and occasional front desk coverage, greeting visitors and answering phones.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check per Oregon Administrative Rules.

  • Advanced computer skills, including intermediate experience with Excel and Word.

  • Detail oriented, be able to meet deadlines, and have good documentation and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting Compensation: $15.50 -$16.00/hr depending on experience.

Benefit package starts 30 days after employment and includes medical, dental, short and long term disability, life insurance, sick leave, vacation leave, and holiday pay.

Volunteer Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Community Pathways!

We invite you to join our team in volunteering at the FACT Oregon All Ability Tri4Youth at the Tualatin Hills Athletic Center in Beaverton on August 10, 2019. Community Pathways is a sponsor of the 2019 Tri4Youth and will be hosting a resource tent to inform participants about brokerage support services. Members of our team will also be stationed at the Rally Booth, helping participants and their families to make signs to use while cheering on the athletes. Volunteers 18 years of age and over are welcome to attend on their own. Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
